We strive to shop local and support Colorado small businesses just like ours, but of course making fresh flavors in different seasons means we don’t always have that option.

what exactly is “fresh” chocolate anyway? I have a hershey special dark from 1993.. I think it’s still good… right?

No comment on that Hershey bar! We use fresh local cream and don’t add preservatives which means you should savor every bite within a few weeks of purchase.
